1.1 For the sake of simplicity, in the following we will only refer to "the participant", which means both female and male participants.
1.2 By registering for BAILAN2 PURO CUBANO FESTIVAL, the participant agrees to the storage of his/her data. This data will not be passed on to third parties.
1.3 The participant agrees to be informed immediately by the organizer about the booked and future events. After the end of the booked event the participant can contradict this at any time by eMail.
2 Booking / Cancellation
2.1 As a rule, registration takes place via a registration form on the homepage of the organizer. Registrations become valid only with confirmation by eMail by the organizer, and after receipt of payment.
2.2 The organizer is free to reject registrations. In the event of rejection by the organizer, no payment obligation shall arise.
2.3 Cancellation of the booking by the participant is generally excluded. However, the booking is not personal, a confirmed booking can be transferred to another person (by selling the ticket by the prevented participant to another person).
2.4 If you are unable to attend, you will receive a refund in accordance with the following regulations:
Until January 17, 2025 your payment will be fully refunded, minus a 470NOK cancellation fee
After January 17, 2025 - no refund
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you will of course receive a full refund.

2.5 If a necessary minimum number of participants determined by the organizer is not reached, the organizer is free to cancel or postpone the event. In this case, payments already made will be refunded to the participant.
2.6 If more applications are received than space allows, the organizer will create a waiting list and immediately inform the participants of their position on the list.
3. Payment
3.1 Registrations confirmed by the organizer are binding and oblige the participant to pay the full participation fee according to the valid price lists.
4 Implementation and procedure
4.1 The organizer is completely free in the design of the event content and the use of lecturers. The organizer shall always endeavor to implement and use content and lecturers as announced. However, the organizer is free to change the content at short notice and to assign lecturers elsewhere or to change the schedule if this should be necessary, for example, for organizational or personnel reasons.
4.2 The event will take place on third-party premises. Therefore, changes in the premises may occur. Should there be any changes regarding the premises, the participants will be informed in due time, usually before the start of the event, by e-mail.
4.3 If a participant registers alone, the organizer is not obliged to arrange a dance partner.
4.4 The decision to change dance partners during the class is left to the teachers and participants.
4.5 During the entire event, filming, especially of the contents of workshops, is not permitted. After consultation with the respective instructors or approval by the organizer, filming may be permitted by way of exception. In case of violation, the organizer reserves the right of immediate exclusion from the entire event without reimbursement of participation fees.
4.6 The organizer or its representatives have the right at any time to ask a participant to change to a workshop at a lower level if this seems necessary or reasonable. The participant will accept and comply with this request.
4.7 Admission to the event ("check-in") will only be granted upon presentation of a printed paper ticket or a mobile ticket (we send it by email after after receipt of payment). In principle, the following applies: Without a ticket, the participant will not be admitted to the event.
4.8 Each participant will receive a colored participant wristband after the first access control (check-in). This
wristband must be worn visibly around the arm during the entire event. If the wristband is lost, the organizer may deny the participant access to the event.
4.9 Please note that during event filming and photographing will take place that may include images of particular participants.
4.10 By registering, the participant acknowledges a restriction of the right to his/her own image. He/she gives the organizer permission to subsequently publish the pictures/films taken at the entire event, on which he/she is depicted, on the Internet or other media for documentation or advertising purposes without time or space restrictions.
5 Liability and General
5.1 Any liability by the organizer is excluded - also and in particular for personal injury, damage, loss or misplacement of property or items carried.
5.2 The participant is fully liable for any damage caused by him.
5.3 The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and prices, in which case the participants will be informed.
5.4 With the registration for the event - also in case of registration by third parties - these terms and conditions are accepted and become valid.
5.5 Should any part of these Terms & Condistions not be valid due to legal regulations or court decisions, the remaining parts shall remain valid unchanged.
5.6 The place of jurisdiction for this event is Drammen, Norway.
